with John Delk her security entered into and acknowledged th* 
in the penalty of Two thousand pounds for the said Ruth's decd * 
faithful administration on the said decedents estate and perfor* 
of his will.

Ordered that John Edwards Micajah Edwards Reuben Hill 
Edmund Barrett or any three of them being just sworn bef* 
justice of the peace for this county do appraise in current m* 
the slaves if any and personal estate of William Austin decd * 
return the appraisement to the next court.

An indenture of foeffment between Day Ridley and Martha * 
wife .of the first part and Henry Taylor of the other part [???] was p* 
by the oath of Timothy Thorpe one of the witnesses thereto and h* 
been before on the 13th day of March 1777 proved by the oath of *

& Pilgram Vick be added to the road where Jesse Vick is Sur*

The last will and testament of Thomas Blunt decd was * 
in court by Edwin Gray and William Thomas the Executors * 
therein named proved by the proved by the oaths of Benjamin Williams? 
William Moore two of the witnesses thereto and ordered * 
recorded according to law certificate is granted them foe ob* 
a probat thereof in due form giving security Whereupon * 
said Edwin Gray and William Thomas with William T* 
and Richard Kello their securities entered into and ?*
